RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At The Florida Carry Store we do our best to make sure every order is right when it ships to you.

We also realize that sometimes things don’t quite fit or aren’t exactly what you had expected.

Because of that we offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with an order send it back to us and we will exchange the item or refund the original purchase amount. To process a return please email us at returns@merrette.com with the order number, purchaser name and a contact name/number/email and the reason for the return/exchange.

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been clearly misused
• Personalized items
